Roadmap

Our roadmap charts the course from initial concept to full operational status. It begins with the development of UHAB-1, our proof of concept validating life support systems, advancing through UHAB-2's on-land high fidelity mockup for testing and training. The journey culminates with the launch of UHAB-3, a fully equipped marine laboratory and manned exploration platform, ready for comprehensive scientific research and realistic space mission simulations. Along the way, we're inviting collaborations through our Call for Experiments, seeking contributions that push the boundaries of space and marine science.

UHAB-1

2023
Complete

We've completed the first phase: building the smallest functional underwater habitat and tested successfully it at 7 meter depth in the Copenhagen Harbour for 48-hours in 2023.

UHAB-2

2024
In progress

UHAB-2 is our on-land high fidelity mockup for testing and training. It will be used to test the form-factor and planned systems before the construction of UHAB-3, including an analog mission.
